What is the expected delivery time? We aim to deliver standard Service and LeadGen agents within 5 days, and Hybrid bots within 7 days from the date of booking. This includes the buffer time for bug fixes and improvements. The actual timeline may vary depending on the level of customization needed. For voice agents, the standard delivery time is 5-7 days, including testing and optimization. This will increase if it's tied to a complex automation process. The delivery time for process automations vary depending on the complexity.
What languages do you support? Our agents support all major languages, and will respond in the user's preferred language. However, when deploying a multilingual agent, we request that a language expert for the target languages be present during our handoff meeting, in case any tweaks need to be made to the way the bot responds in that language. (e.g. the default tone in Japanese is the standard tone, but some clients might prefer the us of honorific tone to greet their customers)
What is the current payment model? We only charge a one-time fee for deployment (pay only if you are satisfied), after which you get a week's maintenance for free. We also have optional retainer packages where you can pay us a small monthly fee for maintenance, fixes, and small alterations. (Recommended if your site is updated frequently)
What if I am not satisfied with the final product? We try to deliver high quality products at reasonable prices, with customer satisfaction being our top priority. If you are not satisfied with our product, we can collaborate towards fixing the gaps. You need to pay only if you are satisfied with the product, so all our solutions are zero-risk as advertised.
What level of customization do you offer? Our base solutions have been tailor-made to fit the needs of the industry, and are good for 90% of the use cases. We offer minor-moderate customizations (chat flow, tone, policies, UI and avatar design, etc.) for free, based on your needs. However, for major customizations which require extensive coding, the cost and time of delivery may vary.
Do you provide services for all industries? We specialize in developing Support and LeadGen agents which can be customized to fit the needs of the industry. For example, if you own a Social Media Marketing Agency, we will build an agent that addresses the primary concerns of the industry when it comes to support or lead generation.
What if we run into bugs after the deployment? If the bug is due to a mistake on our side, we will fix it for free at any time. However, if the bug is due to major changes on your site which caused compatibility issues, you can either pay for a one-time update, or you can opt for a retainer model so that we can conduct regular updates and maintenance while accommodating the changes made to your site.
